I am Christa and it is lovely to meet you! Life taught me several life lessons where I was also stuck and overwhelmed. Little did I know that life was happening for me and not too me. Life prepared me practically and laid the foundation for my career as a relationship coach, psychologist and sexologist.

Sexual Concerns
I help you claim your Sexual Health (Psychological aspects)- by addressing the specific sexual challenges, frustrations and pain.
All of us deserve a healthy love life. Addressing the crucial physical and emotional challenges that has an impact on sexual intimacy and a healthy relationship, is a no brainer. Differences between partners (physically and emotionally), poor communication and general sexual health concerns, often result in frustrations in the bedroom. If so, I am here to help.
Relationship Concerns
I help couples claim their Relationship Health – by assisting you to find ways to co-exist in a loving, harmonious and respectful way.
