Go the whole day without reading the paper, surfing online news websites or watching your preferable TV news source. Instead use that time to work on you. Go to the gym, take a walk, create a business plan, do art, call an old friend, catch up on chores, spend time with your loved-ones or something else that will help you grow as a person.
News drains our confidence and causes us to slip into a fear-based mentality. Go on a news diet today!
